Father, I thank-you for another day to enjoy in all of its Glory. -Amen
There are those days, lord when i can find little to be thankful for. Nothing goes as planned or is on time, and everyone gets under my skin and on my last nerve. These are the days I just want to crawl back into bed and hide. But then someone will smile at me, or act with kindness, or I'll see a beautiful garden on my way to work or the store... and it all comes back to me, Lord. All the reasons why this really is such a wonderful world full of things to thank you for. So thank you, Lord. Amen. ( prayer from A woman's prayers from the heart.)
Father, Mother, God,
Thank you for your presence
during the hard and mean days.
For then we have you to lean upon.
Thank you for your presence
during the bright and sunny days,
for then we can share that which we have
with those who have less.
And thank you for your presence
during the Holy Days, for then we are able
to celebrate you and our families
and our friends.
For those who have no voice,
we ask you to speak.
For those who feel unworthy,
we ask you to pour your love out
in waterfalls of tenderness.
For those who live in pain,
we ask you to bathe them
in the river of your healing.
For those who are lonely, we ask
you to keep them company.
For those who are depressed,
we ask you to shower upon them
the light of hope.
Dear Creator, You, the borderless
sea of substance, we ask you to give to all the
world that which we need most—Peace.

Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For he He Himself has said, "I will never leave you not forsake you." So we may boldly say: "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" (Hebrew:13,5-6)
Father I thank-you for another day to enjoy in all of its Glory! -Amen
For God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy to a man who is good in in His sight; but to the sinner he gives the work of gathering and collecting, that he may give to him who is good before God. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind. - (Ecclesiastes 2 vs 26)
I Pray for three things today: Faith that never falters, a hope that never fails, and a courage that never weakens. Material blessings are wonderful, but with these three things I truly feel that I have the kingdom of heaven at my feet, with all its contains. Faith, hope, and courage are like food, water, and air and bring me sustenance and vitality, especially on those days when I feel weak and hopeless and not up to the challenge of anything. I pray today for just these three things, God, knowing that you will always supply my every need. Faith, hope, and courage--the most important blessing of all. -Amen (from a woman's prayers from the heart)
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. - Amen
My name is Tamica C. Jerome. I am a mother, sister, friend and a wife. If it were up to me I would read, read and read some more. I am a student and will always be as I enjoy learning. I am approachable, compassionate, loyal, and at times audacious. If I had to describe myself in one word though, that word would be strong. To quote Confucius: "If I am walking with two men, each of them will serve as my teacher. I will pick out the good points of one and imitate them, and the bad points of the other and correct them in myself."
